Meaningful Comfort & Support For Cancer Fighting Warriors - Mallory C.
The collaboration leading to Subaru of America & Twin Falls Subaru's donations of blankets and wellness kits have provided meaningful comfort and support to patients with cancer during treatment and recovery at St. Luke's Cancer Institute. The soft blankets help keep our patients warm and at ease during long appointments and rides to and from the clinic, offering a sense of security and care. The wellness kits address common side effects of treatment and help patients maintain dignity and self-care. The lovely eye masks are an especially welcome gift as patients often want to nap during treatment. Together, these donations not only meet practical needs but also boost emotional well-being by reminding patients they are supported, valued, and not alone in their journey. Subaru has been a welcome partner with the Cancer Institute for many years and the staff and patients are so appreciative! We hope to maintain this partnership for years to come.
Tacos for Teachers Event Supports Magic Valley Students and Educators - Melissa P.
During Teacher Appreciation Week, the local community came together for the Tacos for Teachers event Project Succeed put together to support education in the Magic Valley. Partnering with the popular local food truck Tacos El Guey, the event celebrated hardworking educators while generating essential funding to supply classrooms for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. The special event directed 100 percent of its sales directly to Project Succeed, a designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on student success and educational support. Hosted at Twin Falls Subaru on May 4th, community members gathered to enjoy food from Tacos El Guey while contributing to a collaborative cause that honors the dedication of local teachers. All funds raised during the event will remain entirely within the Magic Valley. Project Succeed will use the donation to purchase much-needed school supplies, equipping local students with the educational tools they need to thrive in the upcoming academic year. By providing these essential supplies, the initiative helps ensure students are prepared. It also alleviates the financial burden often placed on educators who frequently purchase classroom materials using their own personal funds. About Project Succeed Project Succeed is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting education and student success. By partnering with local businesses and community members, the organization provides essential resources, funding, and supplies to students and educators to foster a stronger, more supported educational environment.
Lending a Hand at the Twin Falls Optimist Youth House - Charles K.
At Twin Falls Subaru, living the Subaru Love Promise means more than financial support. It means rolling up their sleeves and getting involved to help strengthen our community. Recently, members of their team spent the day at the Twin Falls Optimist Youth House, a home dedicated to providing stability and guidance for young adults who have aged out of foster care. The Youth House is a vital resource for these young people, offering not only a safe place to live but also mentorship and life skills that help prepare them for independence. To support their mission, our local Subaru team donated labor to help maintain and beautify the property. Together, they pulled weeds out front, removed and painted roof tiles, stained and sealed the wooden fence, and spread gravel in a planter to improve the outdoor spaces. These hands-on projects may seem simple, but they make a meaningful difference for the residents who call the Youth House home. A cared-for property creates a welcoming environment that reflects the love and support of the Magic Valley community. For their team, the experience was a reminder that the Subaru Love Promise is about people first. By giving their time and effort, they showed the youth at the Optimist Youth House that their community cares about them and is committed to their success. Because at Subaru, love means action—and together, we can build a brighter future for every member of our community.
Driving Hope for Youth Who Have Aged Out of Foster Care - Charles K.
At Twin Falls Subaru, we believe in the power of community and in creating brighter futures through the Subaru Love Promise. That is why we were honored to select the Twin Falls Optimist Youth House as our 2024 Share the Love® Event recipient. The Youth House is more than just a home. It is a safe haven built through the compassion of the Magic Valley community to help young men and women who have aged out of the foster care system. To date, over 75 youths have been through the program! These youth often face overwhelming challenges, from finding stable housing to learning everyday life skills that many take for granted. The Youth House steps in with care, guidance, and a structured two year transitional program that provides mentorship, education, and the stability needed to succeed. Through the support of Subaru of America and our amazing guests here in Twin Falls, we were able to donate $33,457 to the Twin Falls Optimist Youth House. This record-setting gift represents 20 percent of their annual budget and ensures that the home can continue providing food, housing, resident advisors, and critical training for the young people who live there. Already, the Youth House is changing lives. Six young women and 5 young men currently have a safe place to call home and are building a foundation for independence. More youth are preparing to join them as renovations continue. For each of them, the Youth House is a turning point that offers hope, encouragement, and a chance to thrive as contributing members of our community. This story is a reminder of what makes the Magic Valley so special. When we come together, we make a difference that lasts for generations. Twin Falls Subaru is grateful to stand alongside the Twin Falls Optimist Club and the Youth House, helping to ensure that no young adult has to face life after foster care alone. Because at Subaru, love is more than a word. It is action, partnership, and a promise to make the world a better place for all.

Clear Source Therapy - Brooke G.
Clear Source Therapy is a pediatric speech therapy, feeding therapy and occupational therapy clinic in Twin Falls, ID. This year we are offering summer camps to the public that will be run by our therapists. Normally this is a service that requires a diagnosis and doctors referral. As such, insurance will not cover the cost. This puts strain on families to pay for tuition. Twin Falls Subaru has graciously accepted the opportunity to sponsor full tuitions for 3 families! The general manager, Rob Bunn, took time out of his day to personally meet with us and then he walked around the dealership with us and hung our flyer in a high visibility location in the waiting room where all of his customers will see it!! We are so thankful for Rob and Twin Falls Subaru and their commitment to helping local businesses and organizations!! Thank you so much!!
The Other Side Of The Table - Karrie R.
We were asked by Gino Semeraro from Twin Falls Subaru to judge their employee Valentine's Soup Contest. Our 4H Club "The Stable Stars" was able to use their 4H Judging skills to accomplish this. It was a great time and we judged 20 different types of soup! The Youth are used to being on the other side of the judges' table & put their experience to work! The Youth were able to use the funds to pay for their fees for their projects. The kids had such a good time and really appreciate the help with those fees. By the way I Love My 24 Subaru Forester Wilderness Series! Thank you again for the opportunity for the youth.
Shoes of Hope & Joy - Kim S.
The shoes donated by Subaru and Operation Warm brought so much joy to kids in need! Having a brand-new pair of shoes meant they could run, play, and go to school without worrying about worn-out or too-small shoes. It was more than just footwear—it gave them confidence, comfort, and a reason to smile. Thanks to this generous donation, families had one less thing to worry about, and the kids got to feel special and cared for.

Twin Falls Subaru supports Gilbert's Pantry at the College of Southern Idaho - Karrie V.
The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) Foundation was recently invited to Twin Falls Subaru to judge their employee cookie cook-off. Executive Director, Erika, Assistant Director, Karrie, and Student Body President, Valeria took on the challenge of sampling and judging 16 types of cookies! We took our judging duties very seriously, and were given a rubric to rank the entries, as well as an ice cold glass of milk. Everyone at Subaru was incredibly friendly and we loved seeing the camaraderie between the employees as they awaited the results to see who's cookie would be deemed the winner. As the votes were tallied, it was a close match! The real winners of the cookie cook-off are the students of CSI as Twin Falls Subaru made a generous donation to the CSI Foundation that will be directed to our student pantry-Gilbert's Pantry. Gilbert's Pantry, named after our Golden Eagle mascot, Gilbert, is available to students enrolled at CSI and is a free emergency relief pantry. Gilbert's Pantry provides non-perishable food items, paper products, and personal hygiene items to students. Students can request multiple pantry boxes throughout the month, if needed. We greatly appreciate Twin Falls Subaru for inviting us to participate in this fun event and for supporting the college and our students!
