The Subaru Crosstrek has been the best-selling model for us here at Twin Falls Subaru, and for Subaru as a whole in the U.S. More than 155,000 Crosstreks were driven from dealers to new homes last year. Thus, we can’t help but feel excited about the new 2024 Crosstrek making its debut at this year’s Chicago Auto Show, February 11th to 20th, 2023.

Images of the new Crosstrek were revealed last September, with its appearance already known. Staying with a winning formula, the Crosstrek will continue to be a lifted, and more rugged model based on the Impreza hatchback. The interior will also continue to be derived from the Impreza. What will be revealed in Chicago is the Crosstrek’s U.S. specifications and model lineup. Thus, we will find out if the model line will offer the 2.0-liter plus electric motor arrangement offered in Japan, continue with the 2.0-liter and 2.5-liter boxer engines on the current model, or offer something different.

The new Crosstrek will undoubtedly continue to come standard with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Subaru has said that the Crosstrek seats have been redesigned for greater comfort and to reduce head tossing when driving over rough terrain. The EyeSight driver-assistance bundle is also expected to be enhanced with upgraded camera modules.

We look forward to seeing what other details come from Chicago. The 2024 Crosstrek is expected to roll into our showroom later this year.
